factors such as the active involvement of management and staff in the CSR program, effective documentation
of the program's impact, and a significant contribution to the community.
The award was presented by Datuk Dr. Radzali Hassan, Chairman of the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA),
and Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Hizam Hanafiah, Director of the Malaysia Franchise Award 2023. The event also witnessed
the presence of Datuk Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
