7-Eleven Malaysia and NGO Hub gave Taman Seri Puter a new colourful makeover by painting the
walls of the shelter. Professional mural artist, Peroltz created a flower-themed mural art
on one section of the home's structure to liven up the environment further.

7-Eleven Malaysia received 2,070 pledges for its ‘You Pledge We Plant: Battle Against
Climate Change’ environmental CSR campaign in collaboration with Malaysian Nature Society
and for every pledge received, 7-Eleven is committed to planting a tree. Volunteers from
7-Eleven Malaysia and its partners successfully planted more than 180 saplings in the unique
mangrove ecosystem of Kuala Selangor Nature Park on 15th October 2016. The
remaining pledged trees would be allocated to other nature sites nationwide under the
purview of the Malaysian Nature Society.

Social media influencers and their family and friends were invited to break fast together
with 7-Eleven during the holy month of Ramadhan. The new BoxIt service and other in-store
services available at our stores were introduced to those who attended. The Fresh to Go
range of products were also introduced to the bloggers during this social gathering.

7-Eleven Malaysia took part in “Unisel Voice for Refugee” organized by Unisel as an
initiative to
contribute back to society. 7-Eleven Malaysia helped UNISEL students to raise funds to
provide a
better welfare for the refugee children by selling Slurpee on 12th April at UNISEL Shah Alam
campus.
The profit from the sales will be used for education and infrastructural development for the
refugee
children sheltered in Malaysia.
